Sauber has agreed to continue their partnership with Jose Cuervo, which is renowned as the biggest tequila selling company in the whole world. They came into partnership in the year 2011 and since then they have been together and they have decided to continue that way by signing the extension contract for 2014.
It is one of the most important plans that they had in mind keeping in mind the F1 teams’ plan. This will give them a huge financial footing this year. The year 2013 was a rather depressing year for them as they were not able to make much money but with this partnership they think that there will be good days ahead in the year 2014. The team principal of Sauber Monisha Kaltenborn said that Sauber’s partnership with Jose Cuervo has always been a successful one and they are really proud to have them as their partner for this year.
The team principal also added that Sauber would be looking to continue this relation for a long time for the benefit of both of them. In the new agreement the multi platform marketing has been covered by the partners which also points to the fact that they also want to promote the reputation and culture of the country all around the world.
The CEO of Jose Cuervo, Juan Domingo Beckmann also said that they are really happy and satisfied with this partnership and they would be looking forward for a long term partnership. They are confident that this partnership will help the team to accomplish great results in the upcoming season in 2014. Along with the Mexican driver around the team will be expecting to make new grounds in 2014.
